| 3. Meals: | Breakfast from 6:45 am to 9:00am. Should your client require lunch or dinner, please be sure to make prior arrangements. |
| 4. Deposits: | 50% deposit is required on booking confirmation |
| 5. Late Check-In: | Please notify the lodge in advance if you anticipate arriving after 21:00. |
| 6. Occupancy: | Must be adhered to. If additional guests occupy the unit allocated to your client, you will be charged accordingly. |
| 7. Cancellations for 1 room: | A cancellation fee of 50% is payable for a cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation dates and 100% for "no-show" clients and cancellations made within 24hours of arrival date. Please note that cancellations must be made during office hours and a cancellation number should be requested by the agent. |
| 8. Cancellation of 2 or more rooms: | A cancellation fee of 50% is payable for a cancellation made within 72 hours. A fee of 100% is charged thereafter for the first three nights. Please note that cancellations have to be made during office hours. The reservation office will provide a cancellation number. |
| 9. Cash Payments: | For the safety of our guests and ourselves we no longer accept cash. We will gladly take you to the bank where you can deposit the cash into our bank account, but no cash will change hands on our premises. |
